Nites Out

oh man!!! guess wad??!?!?! i ended work at 7pm today. wtf! 11hours lehz. i wonder why each time becomes longer and longer. i am starting to hate teaching very much, especially the sunday science practical class --- the main reason why i stayed back so so late. if my boss dun pay the extra time i stayed back, i will do sth to the vodoo doll he gave me at the start of my contract!!!

anyway, supposed to meet er ge at initially 6pm, den i pushed back all the way till 8pm. it was rather bad... and i was damn hungry coz i ate a maggie mee goreng for lunch. it sux. by the time i reached clarke quay, i was actually quite dead beat, falling apart anytime. i still hadn't managed to sleep well... den er ge led me to this long long staircases like those in ff7 (inside the shinra complex) and i climbed till i almost faint... finally we reached the ground, and it was actually very beautiful at nite!!! the neon lights and nice river water. wad caught our eyes was this floating boat restaurant, and i was completely excited over it. so, as the bday boy, er ge decided to treat me to tt place (forgot the name.) unfortunately a series of jokes took place...

before we headed anyway, i asked er ge wad's his budget. and he said,"no budget". i asked why and he explained he's paying by nets. i told him tt some places do not accept nets, but he debated that everywhere is nets and decided not to heed my advice.

so we went to the entrance of the boat and took a menu to glance thru. er ge kept asking me wad i want to eat, and i said,"must i decide now?!" den he said,"er..i think so." i kinda ignored him and gave the menu back to the waitress, giving a slight nod to indicate we were settling here after er ge agreed. and guess wad?! er ge tried to stop me and said he hadn't ordered his food yet..... (-_-"')

den we went to our seats and started ordering like mad. i had a bbq stingray and a glass of red wine while er ge had a pork rib and cuppocino. the waiter asked if we had anymore orders, like mineral water or wad, and upon hearing tt, me and er ge decided to take the water. then the waitress came serving us bottles of mineral water. wad good service. i shall skip all the waiting and stuff, until we just finished our food, and we hadn't asked for the bill, the waiter came throwing the bill (note: throwing) onto our table. when we saw the bill, we almost vomit blood. $86++!!!! mad!!! er ge said he could understand, but there's one part he couldn't when he reached the bottom of the bill.....

it was then we realised, mineral water not = water not = free
after going thru all the heartaches and whining, the waiter suddenly appeared to collect the money, so er ge decided to pay by nets. and guess wad?! the waiter said,"we only accept cash or credit card." ........... we were rather shocked after hearing tt, staring at each other for a few sec..... i only had 10 bucks on me.....and i dun want to wash the dishes...... sniff.... but luckily, er ge happened to have spare cash on him....and together with my money, we just had enough to pay the bill.... and now...both our wallets were totally empty....

after a long time, we still hadn't receive our change. we tot the guy decided to keep the change for themselves but the waiter arrived in time before we left. upon receiving the change, er ge was so desperately trying to take out every single shealings from the bill book. and accidentally, in his anxiety, he dropped a 10cent coin into a dirty plate and it was stained. know wad he did?! he picked up the coin, use the servelet to wipe, den look at it, and deciding tt it was not clean enuff, he went to use his shirt to wipe the coin!!!!!!!!!!!!! how maluating!!!!! and the waiter was still standing there watching us.... (-_-"')

after getting every single bit of money back into his hands, the waiter asked us,"is that all sir?" and er ge said,"ya, tt's all." and the waiter, looking rather pissed, walked away from our table. i think he wanted tips, coz all along, he was standing by the table watching us, so i told er ge bout it, and he was saying,"huh, is it? is it? den wo bu shi hen embarrassing?" (-_-"')

having empty wallets and no posb cash machines, our only place to go was home after a stroll along clarke quay. by the time we reached home, it was alr 12 plus pm, and after chatting with my mum, sis and bro, and bathing, it was 2pm, and i was really dying... tml still got pract. i dun feel like doing it...

anyway,
